No fat, lots of taste.
7 medium sized potatoes (about 1 kilo) boiled whole and left to cool for a couple of hours.
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 – 3 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp roasted cumin seed
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 – 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs finely chopped fresh coriander
Peel the cooled potatoes and dice into 1/2 inch chunks.
Place in a bowl and add the other ingredients, mix well.
Adjust salt and lemon juice if it needs it
