Potatoes Boulangere

Serves 2

350g potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, finely sliced
rosemary of sage
90ml veg stock
50ml milk
butter for the top
salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 180c
Mix together potatoes, onions and herbs – save a few potato slices for the top layer.
Pour into a gratin dish, arrange a layer of potatoes on the top.
Dot with butter and cook for about an hour.
