150ml full fat milk
70g sugar
330ml double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour the milk and sugar into a bowl and whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the cream and vanilla, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Whisk the mixture and pour into the ice cream maker fitted with the ice cream paddle.
Turn on appliance and churn for 40 – 50 minutes
