Make lots, they freeze well.
1 teaspoon yeast
500g wholemeal bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
360ml water
45 minute dough program
Preheat the oven to 240 degrees C
Divide the dough into 10 pieces.
On a floured board, roll into oval shapes and place on baking sheets. (you could sprinkle sesame seeds on the board and roll them into the surface of the breads)
Prove for 8 minutes
Bake for 6 – 9 minutes, don’t over brown them as you will probably reheat them in the toaster before serving.
