Naan Bread

Cook on the barbecue for an extra “wow”

1 teaspoon yeast
500g bread flour
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons yoghurt
200ml water

2 hour basic dough program

Preheat the grill to highest heat
Divide the dough into 12 pieces or less if you want bigger breads
Roll into oval shapes and place on greased baking sheets.
Bake under the grill for 2 – 3 mins each side – watch them as they puff up and will burn quickly! Drizzle with melted butter before serving.

Alternatively cook over hot barbecue coals to add an extra “wow” to your outdoor cooking.
