Multiseed Bread

If you start this bread at night you can set the timer to begin in the early hours of the morning and have fresh bread for breakfast.
Ingredients:

1 teaspoon dried yeast
275g stone ground strong wholemeal flour
125g strong white flour
75g mixed seeds – sunflower, pumpkin and linseeds.
25g oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon sugar
150 ml milk
150 ml water

Put all the ingredients in a bread maker about 5 hours before starting the programme for a standard wholemeal loaf.
Just before the baking cycle begins you can sprinkle poppy seeds over the loaf and make three slashes across the top to help the crust.
