Cereal Bars

makes 16

100 ml sunflower oil
30g muscavado sugar
150g golden syrup
250g oats
50g pumpkin seeds
50g sunflower seeds
50g raisins (or any other dried fruit)

Gently heat together the oil, sugar and syrup until the sugar dissolves.
Stir in the oats, seeds and dried fruit and mix well.
Press the mixture into a shallow 20 cm square tin lined with baking parchment.
Bake for 30 mins at 160 degrees C.
Leave to cool for 10 mins then mark into slices before leaving to cool completely.
