1 leg – about 800g
butter
sage leaves
onions
¼ cup chicken stock
Put butter and sage leaves under the skin, season with salt and pepper.
Chop onions and place in bottom of oval roasting pan.
Add the chicken stock.
Place turkey on top.
Put into a cold oven, then turn it on to 150 degrees C
Cook for 3 hours.
