Pork – Oven Braised in Milk

Cooks in it’s own sauce

pork loin
butter
milk
salt and pepper

Melt a knob of butter in a large frying pan then brown the pork on all sides.
Place the pork in a casserole pot and pour in enough milk to come half way up the side of the meat.
Season with salt and pepper and put on the lid.
Place in a preheated oven 160 C and cook for 3 hours.
Remove the meat.
Drain off the excess liquid and blitz the remaining curds with a hand blender.
