Cabbage Roasted with Parmesan Cheese

So much better than boiled!

1 Savoy cabbage, core removed and finely shredded
5 tbsp olive oil
40g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
30g fresh white breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 ̊C
Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl then stir in olive oil.
Use hands to make sure everything is coated.
Tip into a baking tray measuring 30 x 20cm
Cook in the oven for 40 minutes, stirring around halfway through cooking
