165g salted butter at room temperature
75g muscovado sugar
180g plain flour
Beat the butter and sugar together.
Mix in the flour
Press together to form a log
Put in the fridge for 20 mins.
Preheat oven to 170 C
Slice into 1 cm biscuits, place on an ungreased baking sheet and prick with a fork.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Leave to cool for a couple of minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
