{"id":982,"date":"2020-04-01T13:35:30","date_gmt":"2020-04-01T13:35:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recipes.maisonamaureillas.com\/?p=982"},"modified":"2020-04-20T09:51:05","modified_gmt":"2020-04-20T09:51:05","slug":"onion-chutney","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.maisonamaureillas.com\/?p=982","title":{"rendered":"Onion Chutney"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lovely with grilled meats or stirred into sauces for an extra depth of flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 tbsp olive oil<br>1\u00b75kg onions, peeled and thinly sliced<br>300g muscavado sugar<br>200ml red wine vinegar<br>3 tbsp balsamic vinegar<br>3 cloves garlic, crushed<br>1 tbsp wholegrain mustard<br>\u00bd tsp salt<br>\u00bd tsp paprika<br>\u00bd tsp crushed chillies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently fry the onions over a low heat for 25-30 minutes until softened but not browned.
