Ingredients:
\n500 g self raising flour
\n1 heaped teaspoon mixed spice
\n250 g sugar
\n250 g mixed dried fruit
\n1 large tablespoon golden syrup
\n1 large tablespoon black treacle
\n1 egg
\n250 ml milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat oven to 170\u00b0C
\nIn a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
\nMake a well in the centre and add the remaining ingredients.
\nMix together till well combined.
\nLine two 500g loaf tins with baking parchment.
\nPour in the mixture then bake for about 45 mins – 1 hour.
