{"id":1055,"date":"2020-04-05T07:46:04","date_gmt":"2020-04-05T07:46:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recipes.maisonamaureillas.com\/?p=1055"},"modified":"2020-04-05T07:46:04","modified_gmt":"2020-04-05T07:46:04","slug":"smooth-and-spicy-yellow-plum-chutney","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipes.maisonamaureillas.com\/?p=1055","title":{"rendered":"Smooth and Spicy Yellow Plum Chutney"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Makes 2 jars<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 lbs plums weighed after being pitted and halved<br>1 large onion &#8211; chopped<br>thumb sized piece ginger, grated<br>300 g sugar<br>6 fl oz vinegar<br>2 teaspoon ground coriander<br>1\/2 teaspoon salt<br>1 teaspoon chilli<br>pinch ground cardamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put plums into a pan, bring to boil then lower heat to simmer for about 15 minutes until lots of juice appears.
