Chinese five spice<br>1 tsp. ground black pepper<br>1 whole chilli slit down the middle.<br>few bits of fresh ginger<br>Couple of star anise<br>Pork ribs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the ribs in a roasting tin.<br>Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the ribs.<br>Cover with foil to seal in the steam.<br>Bake at 150\u00b0C for at least 2 hours, preferably 3 hours to get really tender meat.<br>Uncover and roast for a further 20 minutes, turning the ribs after 10 minutes to colour and crisp up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also leave the ribs as a rack and finish them off on a barbecue for an extra yummy way to feed loads cheaply<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Also works well with pork cheek 1\/2 cup soy sauce1\/2 cup brown sugar1\/2 cup port or sherry1 tsp.
